ChristianaCare: Drew Smith, Chief Data & AI Officer

Smith joins the healthcare organization from OhioHealth, where he served as Chief Data and Analytics Officer and focused on delivering scalable analytics products and AI capabilities. His background also includes data and analytics leadership roles at Little Caesars Pizza, the International Institute for Analytics, and IKEA.

Monte Carlo: Nik Acheson, Chief AI Officer

Monte Carlo has appointed Nik Acheson Chief AI Officer. Acheson joins the agent trust platform from Highmark Health, where he led enterprise-wide data and AI strategy, architecture, and engineering. In his new role, he will help advance Monte Carlo’s AI strategy as the company expands its agent trust capabilities for enterprises adopting autonomous AI agents.

Target: Chandhu Nair, Chief AI Officer
