In her new role, she will leverage over 20 years of experience to translate customer behavior data into actionable strategies, supporting Whataburger’s brand expansion and data-led decision-making.

Tanith Howard, HSBC Promotes Global Head of Data Risk
HSBC has promoted Tanith Howard to Global Head of Data Risk on a permanent basis. Howard, who has been with the bank for over eight years, will focus on strengthening the firm’s data risk framework. Her remit includes evolving governance capabilities for AI and regulatory compliance, ensuring that innovation is balanced with high standards of resilience and transparency.

HCEsquared has appointed Andrew Douglas as Chief Technology, Digital and Data Officer. Douglas joins from GoodRx, where he served as SVP of Data, and previously held the CDAO role at Forian Inc. At HCEsquared, he will focus on enhancing digital experiences and data-driven learning platforms for healthcare professionals to improve overall patient outcomes.

Publicis Groupe Middle East has elevated Zachary Bambach to the newly created role of Chief AI Officer. Bambach, a veteran of Epsilon, will lead the regional AI agenda by embedding artificial intelligence into client delivery and marketing operations. He will focus on scaling Publicis’ proprietary AI platform, MRCL, to drive measurable business impact and efficiency for clients across the region.

Ameriprise Financial Services has appointed David Stokes-Greene as Vice President and Head of AI Strategy. Stokes-Greene joins the firm after nearly a decade at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where he was VP of AI Transformation. At Ameriprise, he will lead the organization’s AI agenda, focusing on building scalable, responsible capabilities that drive significant business impact.

Kaiser Permanente has elevated Vivian Tan to the position of Chief Data & Analytics Officer (CDAO). Tan, who has held various leadership roles at the health system since 2006, will lead the transformation of Kaiser’s vast data assets into AI and automation capabilities. Her focus remains on advancing actionable insights that improve care delivery and health outcomes for members and communities globally.
