Whataburger Names Rachel Lorraine VP, Enterprise Insights & Analytics

Rachel Lorraine, Whataburger Vice President, Enterprise Insights & Analytics

Whataburger has named Rachel Lorraine as Vice President, Enterprise Insights & Analytics. In this role, Lorraine will support efforts to better understand customer preferences and behaviors and help translate insights into actions across the business.

“I am excited by Rachel’s proven track record of building and scaling global analytics and insights organizations and the value she will bring as we continue to grow the Whataburger brand,” said Janelle Sykes, Chief Financial Officer.

She brings more than 20 years of experience in analytics, strategy, and insights. Lorraine joins from Yum! Brands, where she served as Senior Director, Global Analytics Center of Excellence, leading enterprise analytics across customer, marketing, digital, pricing, and operations. Prior to that, she served as Director, Global Pricing Analytics.

Earlier in her career, she spent more than nine years at Pizza Hut in strategy, pricing, and consumer insights roles, and also held positions at Wrigley and Nielsen.

In a LinkedIn post, Lorraine said she was drawn to Whataburger for its strong connection with customers and expressed enthusiasm about contributing to the brand’s next phase of growth.
