Anirudh Pathe, Glassdoor Sr Director of Consumer Decision Science and Data Engineering, Joins CDO Magazine Global Editorial Board

He is a results-driven data science professional with extensive experience across strategy and descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.

Recognized for his prowess in building highly efficient teams, problem-solving, and effective time management, Pathe boasts a proven track record of spearheading multiple multimillion-dollar initiatives within group companies.

Having joined Glassdoor in June 2021 as Director of Consumer Decision Science, Pathe rose to the role of Director of Consumer Decision Science and Data Engineering in May 2022, subsequently advancing to his current position as Senior Director and Head of Decision Science and Knowledge Engineering in November 2023.

Prior to his tenure at Glassdoor, he held the position of Head of Data Science Enablement and Cloud Migration, where he led the growth and management of multiple onshore and offshore teams, ensuring the adoption of best-in-class data science and cloud technologies at Discover.

Pathe's adept leadership skills have enabled him to effectively lead cross-functional teams spanning Data Science, Business Intelligence, Information Technology, Customer Care, and Finance. Proficient in leveraging Cloud/Big Data stack technologies such as AWS, GCP, Spark, Hadoop, and Hive, he demonstrates robust analytical acumen and extensive experience in project management across diverse global roles.
