The initiative aims to enhance customer success through proactive, personalized experiences.
Building on its 150-year legacy of preserving and transporting global fluid resources, GF Piping Systems has integrated generative AI into its Microsoft Dynamics 365 Copilot environment and Showpad sales enablement platform.
These tools provide advanced insights, automated recommendations, and voice recognition capabilities, enabling sales teams to better understand and meet customer needs.
The program also supports upskilling customer service teams globally, equipping them to act as engineering advisors for clients. This aligns with GF’s Strategy 2025, which focuses on strengthening its global footprint, increasing customer proximity, and driving innovation in water quality, energy efficiency, and operational safety across industries.
