From the very first day, when teachers and administrators greet each La Salle High School student as they arrive with a welcoming handshake, it’s evident that a quality education starts with that personal connection, says Principal Aaron Marshall.

The mission of this private Catholic high school, rooted in the teachings of St. John Baptist de La Salle, is to prepare young men to achieve their full potential in body, mind and spirit. What Marshall is most excited about this year, in correlation with the 200-member freshman class – the school’s largest since 2008 – is the number of different grade schools students attended.

“We’ve intentionally worked really hard to get our name out there, and that hard work has paid off,” he says.

Word of mouth seems to work best when building a growing network of support, says Jake Pucci, director of admissions.
