The food business is nothing new to Chuck McHale. His grandfather was a grocer and his father was a butcher. Chuck stepped into the catering side of the business. From 1990 till 1998 their business was catering corporate lunches, other offsite events, and some weddings.
In 1999 the McHale family built their first banquet facility. It was an immediate success. "We liked the idea of people coming to us instead of us going out to cater. It allowed us to include all of the special touches so important to this family," states McHale.
McHale’s Catering now proudly offers six venues: two at The Gardens of Park Hills; the Grand and Pinnacle Ballrooms in Covington, Kentucky; and most recently, The Cincinnati Club, which offers multiple floors each with the perfect layout to host your ceremony and reception – their largest expansion to date.
Open and consistent communication is the priority, from the first meeting until the last champagne flute has been packed away. They not only want to satisfy the customer, they want to be the best wedding caterer. They are certainly on their way to that title, successfully hosting 300-plus weddings a year.
McHale’s still accommodates corporate dinners and events throughout the week, but weddings are their crème de la crème. What sets McHale’s apart is the heart and soul of family commitment to excellence. And that tastes quite like nothing else.
McHale’s Catering is located at 1622 Dixie Highway, Park Hills, KY 41011. For more information, call 859.442.7776 or visit mchalescatering.com
