Hart Productions, Inc., has named Victoria (Vicki) Hart chief executive officer, effective immediately. Hart is the company’s third CEO and first female CEO in 59 years of business.

Hart takes over after a six year tenure as the company’s chief financial officer and chief operations officer, and 19 total years of service with Hart Productions. Her husband, Robert S. "Chip" Hart III, served as the company’s CEO for the past 25 years after taking over for his father, Robert S. "Bob" Hart, Jr., who founded the company in 1957.

"It’s only fitting that she succeeds me at the helm," said Chip Hart. "Vicki has taken Hart Productions to its highest level of production in our nearly six decades of business. Her leadership and management abilities are unmatched in the region."
