Kathy Davis, with the organization since 1985, manages sales at Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse. Kevin Lehman is Sales Manager at Carlo and Johnny

and has, at times, managed all three restaurants. At The Precinct, Ashlee Heine has managed sales for four years. 

They successfully promote their restaurants as the venue of choice for weddings and private parties.

The Ruby organization prides itself on community involvement.
