As the only continuum-of-care community in Northern Kentucky, Madonna Manor serves residents throughout a range of life stages.

The Catholic-based community sits on 28 acres of park-like grounds on the Ohio River and offers a new 105,000-square-foot building developed specifically for comfort and accessibility. In addition to skilled nursing and independent and assisted living options, Madonna Manor offers two specialized programs: memory care and rehabilitation.

Madonna Manor’s 20-bed rehabilitation unit helps people make the transition from hospital to home following acute situations like cardiac episodes, stroke, or hip or knee replacements. To help in recovery, rehabilitation patients can work with physical, speech and occupational therapists on-site with no need to travel to appointments.

The rehabilitation unit is Medicare-certified, making it an accessible post-hospitalization stepping stone. The staff offers round-the-clock care and is committed to helping patients achieve independence and return to a normal lifestyle as quickly as possible. While they are living at Madonna Manor, rehabilitation patients enjoy chef-prepared meals in a community dining area.

Throughout the Madonna Manor community, residents make the most of many amenities, like a dining hall with three meals per day, walking paths and outdoor decks with views of the property, a fitness center and spa, and podiatry, dental and dietician services on-site. Memory care residents enjoy an enclosed walking garden. The full calendar of activities includes bingo, trivia, holiday celebrations and outings to local shopping and cultural activities with transportation included.

Religious services are held six days a week at Madonna Manor. The chapel provides a peaceful space for services as well as quiet meditation. The staff director of mission integration is involved with the spiritual and emotional health of residents as well as staff.
