Commercial International Bank (CIB) Egypt has appointed Kamran Bader as Chief Data, Analytics & AI Officer. Bader joins CIB from Beyon, where he directed enterprise-wide data and AI strategies across telecom, fintech, and digital solutions portfolios. In his new role, he will focus on scaling CIB’s data infrastructure and advancing customer-centric AI applications to deliver tangible commercial value.

Raptive has appointed entrepreneur John Roa as Chief AI Officer and General Manager of its newly established business unit, Raptive Intelligence. The appointment coincides with Raptive’s acquisition of Roa’s AI platform, AlchemyAI. Roa, the former founder of digital experience consultancy ÄKTA (acquired by Salesforce), will lead efforts to ground agentic AI tools in human expertise and audience behaviors to enhance monetization for premium creators and publishers.

Ameriprise Financial Services has elevated Ines Davis to Head of Enterprise Data, Analytics, and Insights. Davis, a veteran of the firm with over 20 years of strategic service, most recently served as Vice President of Marketing Strategy and Analytics, Information Management and Strategy. In her new capacity, she will lead Ameriprise’s global team of data scientists and analytics specialists to strengthen advisor effectiveness and optimize advisor-client relationships.

Faysal Bank Limited has named Hamza Ehsan Dogar as Vice President, Head of Retail Growth, Data Insights & Strategic Initiatives. Dogar moves to the role from Al Baraka Bank Pakistan Ltd., where he was Unit Head of Strategy & Growth for Retail Banking. He will oversee business performance, customer acquisition models, and performance analytics to drive data-centric decisions across Faysal Bank’s retail division.

Danaher Corporation’s molecular diagnostics subsidiary, Cepheid, has appointed Piotr Zima as Chief Information Officer. Zima moves internally from his role as VP and CIO of Integrated DNA Technologies, another Danaher operating company. A seasoned IT executive, Zima’s extensive background also includes serving as Chief Data and Analytics Officer at the parent corporation, positioning him to lead high-speed technological innovations that support patient care.
