Each week, we track the executives taking on leadership roles including Chief Data Officer, Chief AI Officer, Chief Information and Digital Officer, and other enterprise technology positions across major global organizations.
For the week of September 28, highlighted in this edition, we feature key leadership updates at Osaic, Baker McKenzie, and BIMCO, alongside several other notable appointments recently spotlighted on CDO Magazine.

Osaic has appointed Sayee Bellamkonda Chief AI & Technology Officer. Bellamkonda joins the firm from Vialto Partners, where he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Digital and Technology Officer, following prior executive roles at CBRE, Ameriprise Financial, and American Express. In his new position reporting to CEO Jamie Price, he will join the executive committee and lead the firm’s advisor- and client-facing technology, AI, data, and cybersecurity strategies.

FirstBank UK has expanded Vladimir Bendikow’s role to Chief Data & AI Officer. Bendikow has served as Chief Data Officer at FirstBank UK since 2022, following leadership and architecture roles at Europe Arab Bank, OpenBrix, and UK Export Finance. In his expanded position, he will unite data governance and AI transformation to establish unified accountability across model operations, workflows, and value measurement.

BIMCO has named Grant Hunter Chief Technology and Data Officer. Hunter has been with BIMCO since 1997, most recently serving as Chief Digital Officer and Director of Products. In his new role, he will investigate future shipping industry developments to deliver digitalized products and services to members while accelerating the adoption of electronic bills of lading.

Keystone has appointed Vamshi Andhe Vice President of Data and Analytics. Andhe joins the organization after a 23-year tenure at Mercury Insurance, where he most recently served as Director of IT Data and Business Intelligence. In his new role, he will guide Keystone’s data and analytics strategy, modernizing infrastructure to leverage data as a strategic asset for independent agency growth.

Baker McKenzie has appointed Tim Dutton Chief Data Officer. Dutton brings extensive technology and analytics experience, having spent 16 years at Deloitte in roles including Director of Global Analytics and Global IT Director, and most recently serving as Director of Data and Analytics at Games Global. He will lead the global law firm’s enterprise data strategy and governance initiatives.
