Keystone, a brokerage platform built for independent agencies, has appointed Vamshi Andhe Vice President of Data and Analytics. He joins the organization after more than 23 years at Mercury Insurance, where he most recently served as Director of IT Data and Business Intelligence.

At Mercury Insurance, Andhe led the IT Data and Business Intelligence department’s vision, strategy, and execution. His responsibilities included providing data analytics infrastructure to support operational business goals and targets, managing the lifecycle of data and information, modernizing data infrastructure using cloud and SaaS-based technologies, and working with business departments to collect, prepare, organize, protect, and analyze data assets.

Andhe began his tenure at Mercury Insurance in 2003 as a Senior Software Developer Analyst and held several roles during his time with the company, including Team Leader, Manager of Applications Development, Initiative Lead, Senior Manager of IT Initiatives, and Associate Director of IT Applications Development.
