Marriott International: Prachi Priya, Managing VP, Enterprise AI & Analytics Products

Marriott International has named Prachi Priya as Managing Vice President, Enterprise AI & Analytics Products. Priya brings more than two decades of digital transformation leadership to the hospitality giant. She previously served as Vice President and Global Head of Digital & AI Products at HP and as Chief Data & Analytics Officer at Publicis Groupe. At Marriott, she will spearhead the product strategy for generative AI, data science, advanced modeling, and business intelligence.

GE Aerospace: Anton Groom, Chief Data & AI Officer

GE Aerospace has appointed Anton Groom as Chief Data & AI Officer. Groom joins GE Aerospace from Merck, where he served as Chief AI Officer and Associate Vice President of Hyperautomation & Generative AI, overseeing initiatives like the GPTeal suite. He also previously held digital transformation roles at Walmart. In his new position, he will focus on leveraging GE Aerospace’s vast data ecosystem to advance the next generation of aviation and aerospace breakthroughs.

UnitedHealth Group Optum: Shobhit Varshney, Chief AI Officer

UnitedHealth Group Optum has named Shobhit Varshney as Chief AI Officer, unifying AI strategy, platform architecture, and solution delivery under a joint mission. Varshney joins Optum from Citi, where he served as Global Head of AI, and previously spent over 13 years at IBM as Head of Data & AI for the Americas. In his new role, he will oversee the United AI Studio platform and steer the responsible governance and scaling of AI technologies across Optum and UnitedHealth Group.
