Lia Rogers, London Stock Exchange Group Head of Customer Insight and Analytics, Joins CDO Magazine Global Editorial Board

Rogers is Head of Customer Insight and Analytics at the London Stock Exchange Group, a global provider of financial markets data and infrastructure. Rogers is responsible for customer analytics and insight, including customer experience measurement (NPS), voice of the customer, product usage and behavioral analytics, marketing and sales analytics, and program and performance measurement.

Her team interfaces with all functions of the business to improve strategic and operational decision-making, leading to long-term, sustainable, and profitable growth.

With extensive experience in leading customer insight and analytics teams for global financial data and media companies, Rogers is passionate about leveraging data and research to drive business growth and transformation. She has held senior positions at the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), Refinitiv, Thomson Reuters, the New York Times, Getty Images, and IBM, where she has delivered impactful insights and solutions that have improved sales, retention, and customer experience.

Rogers holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, where she honed her skills in business strategy, marketing, and innovation.
