Bank of Montreal Appoints Vanessa Yeung as CDAO for Wealth Management

(US and Canada) Canadian financial services major BMO (Bank of Montreal) has recently elevated Vanessa Yeung to the position of Chief Data and Analytics Officer for Wealth Management from her former role as Managing Director, Enterprise Strategic Initiatives.

Yeung is an executive with a demonstrated track record of leading transformational change to deliver data analytics, technology, and automation solutions. She has a passion for leading and empowering diverse teams.

A former transactional lawyer for over 15 years, Yeung specializes in financial services with particular expertise in cross-border debt transactions. She is not afraid to tackle complex, complicated, and messy problems that require creative solutions.

In addition to her professional achievements, Yeung is actively involved in volunteer activities. She is a member of the Campaign Cabinet for Branksome Hall’s Make Way Campaign and serves on the gala committees for Bibliobash in support of the Toronto Public Library Foundation, and Butterfly Ball in support of Boost Child & Youth Advocacy Centre.
