CDO Magazine Celebrates Successful Year with Cincinnati Execs at FC Cincinnati's TQL Stadium

CDO Magazine wrapped up a stellar year celebrating with its Cincinnati data community at FC Cincinnati's TQL Stadium on December 5.

The exclusive event brought together executives from the founders of the Cincinnati CDO Magazine community to those newer in the area for a festive holiday celebration, dinner, networking, and even an insider's tour of the state-of-the-art stadium.

Attendees, including Chief Data Officers and data, security, and tech leaders from aerospace, financial services, healthcare, higher education, insurance, retail, and other industries, enjoyed the opportunity to connect and reflect on the achievements of the past year.

“This year has been extraordinary for CDO Magazine, and the party was a fantastic way to celebrate our collective successes. We're grateful for the continued support of the global CDO community, and we look forward to another year of collaboration and innovation,” says Steve Wanamaker, CDO Magazine Founder and Publisher.

Sharing his experience, Dan Whitacre, former Kroger Senior Director, R&D Labs and Transformation, says: “Although I am semi-retired, I find it beneficial to take advantage of every opportunity to connect with other members of the greater Cincinnati tech and data community. Last night, I caught up with a couple of people that I have not seen in years. I made a couple of new friends. I had good conversations over good food in a great environment. Being part of a community is energizing and opens the door to new opportunities. If you are not connecting with others in your community now, my advice is to get started. It may be the most important thing you ever do for your career.”
