Leading data executives from Boston gathered at CDO Magazine’s Boston CDO Forum Lunch and Learn at Sanofi, Cambridge, on Dec. 1 to listen to the eminent speaker and thought leader Israel Abraham, MassMutual’s Head of Data Management & Engineering. Abraham shared his “Journey to the Cloud” experiences with Jane Urban, Vice President and Head of Data, Digital, and Technology for Global Medical and Global Commercial. 

The discussion included the constituent objectives of Abraham’s digital transformation journey, the strategy to bring data silos together, and thoughts shared on enterprise transformation strategy, including ESG.He envisions transitioning the organization to a cloud mindset, including the agile operating model that enables teams to self-assemble solutions through innovation.
