Healthtech company Simplify Healthcare has introduced BNi (Benefits1™ Native Intelligence), an AI assistant designed to revolutionize benefits plan management through its flagship Benefits1™ platform.
Also known as Ben-ny, the AI tool integrates into the Simplify Health Cloud™, bringing natural language capabilities and agentic AI to streamline operations for health plans. “Conversations with Ben-ny will feel expansive and natural, building upon the market-leading strengths of Benefits1™,” says Nirnay Patel, Chief Digital Officer at Simplify Healthcare.
BNi is built to enhance efficiency across Medicare Advantage and Commercial plan operations by offering intelligent features such as contextual awareness, document intelligence, product strategy insights, and annual readiness monitoring.
It simplifies tasks like analyzing plan documents, tracking filing timelines, and supporting bid submissions, while also offering predictive analytics on user adoption and product value.
Currently available in beta for Medicare Advantage, BNi will expand to Commercial plans in Q2 2025. This launch is the first step in Simplify Healthcare’s broader AI strategy, with plans to bring similar capabilities to its Provider1™ and Claims1™ platforms.
