The group started sharing best practices around data management, analytics, and culture over meetings with just a handful of data professionals. The desire to collaborate grew over time and they are now attracting talent to find ways of developing the region as a data science consortium. They now aim to focus on developing underserved areas of St. Louis and provide data-driven decisions for the city government.
