St. Louis CDO Forum: Cultivating a Data-Driven Community2

(USA and Canada) Andy Sweet, VP, Product Engineering and Innovation at Daugherty Business Solutions; Chris Lemuth, Head of Data Science at Evernorth Labs; Naveen Singla, VP, Data Science at Bayer Crop Science; Rick Hall, Chief Digital Officer NA at Royal Canin; and Tom Henry, Chief Data and Analytics Officer at Schnuck Markets together with Baz Khuti, President US at Modak, recollect the growth of St. Louis CDO community. The group started sharing best practices around data management, analytics, and culture over meetings with just a handful of data professionals. The desire to collaborate grew over time and they are now attracting talent to find ways of developing the region as a data science consortium. They now aim to focus on developing underserved areas of St. Louis and provide data-driven decisions for the city government.
