Ali Khan is SVP, Chief Data Officer at Experian Consumer Services – the inaugural hire in this position. Khan leads an incredibly talented team to build scalable data and machine-learning platforms and well-governed analytic & AI products which promote financial health and inclusion for millions of consumers.

Khan is a 25+ year industry veteran, and has led deep, impactful work in data engineering, analytics and data governance. Olga Sudvarg, Strategy & Execution Leader, former Invesco COO Data

Olga Sudvarg is a transformation leader with over 20 years of experience driving change in fast-paced, complex financial services environments. 

Throughout her career, she has successfully built operating models and driven execution across multiple organizations. Most recently, Sudvarg served as the Chief Operating Officer for Data and a Global Head of Data Strategy & Delivery at Invesco.

Tera Ladner, Aflac Deputy Global CISO

Tera Ladner joined Aflac in 2015 to build a program to identify and classify all information to ensure proper protection and management. In 2019, she was promoted to Vice President, Information Risk Management and Governance. As a senior leader on Aflac’s Global Information Security leadership’s team, Ladner consistently applies defensible risk-based approaches to assess vendors, evaluate emerging technologies, risks and information handling methodologies, and to ensure the ability to validate security controls. She actively participates in industry-aligned groups, such as the Evanta CISO community and the Executive Women’s Forum. She is a Policy Council member for the National Technology Security Council (NTSC). Shireesh Mishrah is the head of digital, new accounts and portfolio analytics with Citi Retail Services US. His responsibilities in this role include embedding sciences, analytics and insights in the decision-making process. Mishrah is responsible for driving new credit accounts volume through touchpoint expansion, improving the funnel throughput, enhancing CX/UX, and enabling underwriting efficiencies. His responsibilities also include leading portfolio growth and P&L optimization for specific CRS partner engagement.

Mishra’s two decades of corporate experience cuts across various verticals, including payments, telecom, retail, loyalty programs, BFSI, insurance, retail, and automobile to name a few. He is an active international speaker and delivers talks around Data Analytics, CX, AI/ML, FinTech and Open Banking. His current focus is ensuring strategic alignment with Citi and partner priorities by being the connective fabric that drives collaboration, shared accountability, and transparency.

Su Rayburn, Delta Community Credit Union VP, Information Management & Analytics

Sujatha (Su) Rayburn has worked in IT and the data and analytics industry for over 25 years, and is currently Vice President of Information Management & Analytics for Delta Community Credit Union (DCCU), where she leads data analytics strategy and execution. As an experienced executive, Rayburn has expertise in building and leading cross-industry teams in successfully implementing innovative data and analytics solutions.

Rayburn started her career as a Chartered Accountant in India and quickly realized her passion and talent for creating innovative solutions with data analytics. Before DCCU, she was responsible for providing valuable insight and leadership at Equifax, and has also held various contributor and leadership roles at esteemed organizations such as Cox Automotive and GE. 

In addition to her day job, Rayburn is a semi-professional Indian classical music singer. She has a doctorate in Business Administration from the Florida Institute of Technology, and a master’s in Information Systems from Arizona State University. Mohammad Zahid, Vestis VP & Global Head, IT Infrastructure & Support

As Vice President and Head of Global Infrastructure & Support at Vestis, Mohammad Zahid is responsible for the IT Infrastructure, Cloud, LAN/WAN Network, SD-WAN, Datacenter, Service Desk, Desktop, Telecom & Engineering teams supporting Vestis corporation’s $2.8+ billion business with 350+ locations and 20,000+ employees.

Zahid is responsible for defining the scope for all revenue generation infrastructure and technology operations to support all company offices nationwide along with 350+ market and distribution centers with a focus on scalability, growing demand for capacity, quality of service, and data analytics for executive dashboards/KPIs.

Prior to joining Vestis, Zahid was Sr. Director and Head of Infrastructure at Motrex LLC. His responsibilities included overseeing a divestiture of a $3 billion global privately-owned organization known as Exide Technologies through a transition and sale to private equity, and launching of new companies from Exide Technologies to Stryten Energy and Motrex LLC.

Before Motrex, Zahid was hired as an Chief Technology Officer to run an IT managed services organization for a local mid-size managed services provider (MSP) that was acquired in 2018 by CTI technologies.

Xiquan Cui, Ph.D., The Home Depot Sr. Manager, Data Science

Dr. Xiquan Cui serves as the Head of Recommendation and Personalization Data Science at The Home Depot, where he leads an elite team of scientists to solve complex and dynamic problems in e-commerce and interconnected retail using data and AI. Cui’s interests include GenAI, recommendation, personalization, marketing, advertisement, and operation automation.

He obtained his doctorate from the Department of Electrical Engineering at California Institute of Technology. Cui was selected by the National Academy of Engineering as one of the emerging engineering leaders to attend the U.S. Frontiers of Engineering Symposium.

Teevyah Yuva Raju, Blackrock Business Strategy, COO Team (Data)

Teevyah Yuva Raju is a dynamic leader at the intersection of AI, strategy, and impact. As the Business Strategy and Communications Lead for BlackRock’s Data COO team, Raju drives operational excellence, risk insights, and client engagement.

Furthermore, Raju is the Atlanta chair for their conglomerate of 18+ Employee Resource Groups which hosted over 80 events partnering with communities and corporations across the state of Georgia last year.
