Deaconess Associations, Inc. Appoints Three to Advisory Committees

Deaconess Associations Inc., a Cincinnati health company providing hospital and specialty healthcare services since 1888, has selected three new members to its board-level committee structure.

Jennifer Trowbridge, managing principal and portfolio manager at RedTree Investment Group, was appointed to the company’s investment committee.

Trowbridge of Montgomery, has worked in the investment industry for more than 20 years.  Prior to forming RedTree, she was vice president and portfolio manager at Baird Public Investment Advisors, developing investment strategies for the firm’s public entity clients.  Trowbridge earned the Charter Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Institute.  She also serves on the board and investment committee of The Children’s Theatre of Cincinnati and is a member of the Women of Excellence and President’s Advisory councils at Xavier University.

Darlington of Dayton worked with PwC for nearly 28 years, leading engagement teams in the middle market, healthcare, and service sectors in southwest Ohio.  She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and member of the American and Ohio Societies of CPAs. She was recently elected to a director position with the Wright State Applied Research Corporation, where she also chairs its audit committee. She also serves as a trustee for the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce education and Public Improvement Foundation and has been a member of the chamber’s finance committee since 2010. 

Glasgo of Guilford, Ind., operates Cincinnati Career Coach, a career transition business. She has received certifications for coaching from both StrengthsFinder’s and Myers-Briggs. Her community service includes board membership on Cincinnati Works and Journey to Hope, an ecumenical ministry that provides career guidance, financial education, and emotional and wellness support to greater Cincinnatians. 

Deaconess is a diversified nonprofit enterprise. It manages a $700 million portfolio of health services, investments and community grant initiatives in greater Cincinnati and across the country.
