Cincinnati Realtor Julia Wesselkamper has earned hundreds of professional titles and accolades, including the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors (CABR) Circle of Excellence and Ohio Association of Realtors (OAR) President Sales Club Award. With the highest ranking female team and one of the highest average selling prices in the city, it’s easy to see why former and current clients alike appreciate Wesselkamper’s willingness to stop at nothing to meet their real estate goals. Her unparalleled dedication to client satisfaction and depth of personal knowledge of the city as a lifetime resident has also served as a catalyst to her business’s remarkable growth and consistent success. Recently, we sat down with Wesselkamper to learn what sets her apart as a Realtor.

Venue Magazine: What do you do to go above and beyond offering excellent customer service?

Julia Wesselkamper: I am deeply dedicated to my clients. It’s a collaboration and partnership with them. I scrutinize every single detail for both buyers and sellers. I am a certified Stager and meticulously Stage every listing I represent. No marketing or photograph is published on a listing without sign-off. I take full advantage of creative marketing tactics and innovative social media approaches. Every buyer is serviced by our entire team to make certain they are prepared, informed and empowered to find the home they want on their own terms.

Venue Magazine: What is it that sets you apart?

Julia Wesselkamper: With the advantage of 30 years of experience personally, and over 70 years of experience on my team, we offer a distinct advantage to our buyer and seller clients. When I was new to the business, I learned the importance of adapting to individual client needs while being open to learn and grow with each client I served. The dear clients who gave me opportunities in those early years really taught me how to care for people. The lessons I learned about what some might consider “unsaleable” listings, which had previously sat on the market with competitors without selling, are invaluable even today.

My most significant professional accomplishment over my 30 years is to have earned the trust and confidence of my family and friends who allow me the opportunity to help them reach their real estate goals, whether that is finding a dream home or selling a property as quickly as possible.

Venue Magazine: What are you most passionate about in real estate? What keeps you at it day after day?

Julia Wesselkamper: I enjoy solving problems for clients. I am wired to be passionate-as much passion and drive goes into helping a first time home buyer navigate the buying process as goes into Staging the last detail to present a listing at its best. My team and I are driven by a desire to make each client’s life better and to solve problems for them. My team and I constantly look for ways to improve our client’s experiences. We can’t cure people’s health problems or help them with their taxes, but we can help them in very meaningful ways by delivering a profitable and timely sale of their property and helping them find their dream home with the best pricing and terms for them.
