(New Zealand) Sonya Crosby, Chief Data Officer at Westpac New Zealand, together with Susan Wilson, VP Data Governance and Privacy Segment Leader at Informatica, shares the operating model in their organization. Crosby explains that they have a data quality side and a data fix team side. Westpac has numerous data teams within their organization, including data coaches, an automation group, a change adaption group, and data literacy teams. Lastly, they have a team called Horizon1.5, specifically responsible for thinking about their business’s trajectory for up to six months ahead.
