(USA and Canada) Wes Rhodes, VP Research and Development & Technology Transformation at Kroger together with Gregg Burke, Account Executive at ThoughtSpot describes the rapid response processes and innovation they recently developed due to COVID-19. In order to accommodate the rising purchases from Kroger, staff from various states reached out and supported the growing demand for delivery and grocery-related services. This transition allowed them to serve their customers better and safer.
