For Bottega, challenges can either be good or bad. Good challenges are when the responsibility of a CDO is growing and when they are able to bring value to organizations by formulating new use cases. While on the other hand, bad challenges happen when CDOs are not able to meet expectations and when they try to take and resolve all challenges making it very difficult for them to handle these on their own.
