(USA and Canada) Rich Robinson, Chief Strategist, Open Data and Standards at Bloomberg, together with Tim Brooks, Managing Director at WWT, shares his recommendations for other CDOs trying to improve the use of data in their organization. First, one needs to understand their organization, then understand the customers and firms you’ll need to interact with. Robinson also believes that you need to have a flexible model that can evolve with the organization as well as an openness to learn throughout the transition process.
