Visa has named Heather Tubbs Vice President, Business Intelligence & Analytics, supporting the company’s newly integrated Client Services and Global Risk organization. Tubbs transitions into the role from her previous position as Vice President, Global Risk MIS. In her expanded capacity, she will oversee business intelligence and analytics strategy, driving insights to support decision-making across global teams and clients.

“This internal transition from VP, Global Risk MIS marks an exciting expansion of my leadership scope. I’ll be driving BI and analytics strategy to deliver impactful insights that empower decision-making across our global teams and clients,” Tubbs said in a LinkedIn post.
With more than 15 years of experience, Tubbs has held leadership roles that blend analytical, consultative, and technical expertise to deliver strategic, operational, and organizational improvements. She previously served as Global Head of Risk Analytics and Insights at Visa and has been recognized as one of CDO Magazine’s Global Data Power Women in 2023, 2024, and 2025. She holds a position on the CDO Magazine Global Editorial Board, showcasing her contributions to the field of data.
