Vikas Sah, UPS VP of AI and Machine Learning
UPS has appointed Vikas Sah Vice President of AI and Machine Learning to help the company apply AI, machine learning, and agentic AI in practical and meaningful ways to support better decisions, stronger operations, and better experiences for customers and employees.
Before joining UPS, Sah served as Senior Director, Agentic AI & Consumer Engineering at VF Corporation, where he led engineering for consumer solutions spanning marketing technology, loyalty, customer service technology, and in-store technologies across brands including Vans, The North Face, and Timberland. His work included replatforming legacy infrastructure, deploying agentic AI systems that personalize customer journeys in real time, and transforming complex systems into intuitive, high-impact consumer experiences.
Earlier, Sah was Head of Marketing Technology at Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK and held leadership roles at FOCUS Brands, including Vice President – Product, UX and Engineering and Vice President, UX & Digital Technology. His career also includes technology and digital leadership positions at Kimberly-Clark, Leo Burnett, Indigo Consulting, Zitz Software Solutions, Empowered Media, Compuware Corporation, Virtify, Tribiosys, and Virmatics.
Throughout his career, he has led digital transformation initiatives across retail, consumer packaged goods, quick-service restaurants, and media, with experience building enterprise technology platforms, large-scale e-commerce solutions, and AI-powered consumer experiences.
