(US and Canada) Leading American financial services company Truist, has appointed Wes Anderson as Senior Vice President and Data Risk Officer. Anderson brings extensive experience in data management and leadership within the financial services sector.

Prior to joining Truist, Anderson served as Vice President, Executive Data Product Owner, and Head of Enterprise Data Management, and previously as SVP, Enterprise Data Management Services Executive at Bank of America. His career includes significant roles at LendingTree, MicroStrategy, and Electronic Data Systems (EDS), where he applied data solutions to address business challenges.

Anderson holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from McKendree University, and has served in the U.S. Air Force.

Anderson holds a position on the CDO Magazine Global Editorial Board, showcasing his contributions to the field of data.
