Kinnari Ladha, Travelodge Hotels Limited Chief Data Officer
Travelodge Hotels Limited has named Kinnari Ladha as Chief Data Officer. Ladha will lead the company’s data and AI initiatives across its 625 hotels and more than 49,000 rooms in the UK, Ireland, and Spain.
Ladha brings over 20 years of experience in consultancy and executive leadership, having worked with boards and executive teams to leverage data, analytics, and AI as tools for growth, operational performance, and improved customer outcomes. She has held senior roles across sectors, including travel, hospitality, aviation, telecoms, retail, and automotive.
“I’m looking forward to rolling up my sleeves with teams across Travelodge to use data to solve real, everyday problems, unlock growth, and support smarter, simpler decisions that genuinely put customers first,” Ladha said. “For me, it’s about making data practical and accessible, helping teams move faster, focus on what matters most, and deliver great experiences for guests at every touchpoint.”
Prior to joining Travelodge, Ladha served as Global Chief Data Officer at Merlin Entertainments, and held CDO roles at MAG (Airports Group) and IAG Loyalty. She has also led data and analytics functions at TUI, Inspired Thinking Group, VCCP, Tree London, dunnhumby, Orange, and Proximity London.
Ladha has been recognised in the DataIQ 100 for seven consecutive years and named one of the Top 20 Women in Data and Tech. She is also a regular keynote speaker and contributes to board-level discussions on digital transformation, responsible AI, and modern leadership.
She is actively involved in mentoring and community-building initiatives, supporting the development of future leaders, particularly women in data and technology.
