Travel + Leisure Co. has appointed Teddy Benson Vice President of Data Services, according to his LinkedIn profile. He brings more than 30 years of experience spanning technology, enterprise architecture, data platforms, cloud modernization, and AI.

Benson most recently served as Director of Data Architecture, Platforms & AI Solutions at Universal Destinations & Experiences, where he led enterprise data architecture and platform strategy for cloud modernization and AI readiness across parks and venue operations in North America and Japan. He also partnered with engineering, product, cybersecurity, and business leaders on enterprise data products, integration patterns, and governed AI/ML adoption.

Earlier in his career, Benson served as Senior Director of Field Engineering at BlueCat and spent more than five years at Walt Disney World, where he was Director for Disney’s Decision Science and Integration. He also held a Director of Client Engineering role at Google after founding Channel Intelligence, which was acquired by Google in 2013.

Benson’s experience includes enterprise architecture, data integration, distributed systems, cloud platforms, AI/ML enablement, and software engineering leadership. His background includes leading teams across North America, Europe, and Asia, as well as work in cloud modernization, data platforms, and enterprise technology strategy.
