TI Automotive has appointed Apurva Wadodkar as Senior Director, Head of Data and AI. In this role, Wadodkar will lead strategic programs across Enterprise Data Management, Master Data Management, Enterprise Integration, Artificial Intelligence, Intelligent Automation, and Custom Applications — driving innovation, operational efficiency, and business transformation for the company.

Wadodkar brings more than 20 years of experience in engineering, big data, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence. Her career spans leadership roles in data strategy, enterprise governance, and technology transformation. Most recently, she served as Senior Manager, Enterprise Data (Data Engineering, Insights, and Governance) at Autodesk, where she oversaw a team of more than 50 professionals and managed large-scale data initiatives.

In addition to her corporate roles, Wadodkar actively contributes to advancing women in technology. She serves on the advisory board for the Michigan Council of Women in Technology Foundation (MCWT) and has held leadership positions on industry data strategy boards. She is also committed to mentoring future leaders through professional networks and mentorship programs.
