Susan Doniz, The Walt Disney Company Chief Information and Data Officer
(US and Canada) The Walt Disney Company has appointed Susan Doniz as Chief Information and Data Officer. In this role, she will lead Disney’s global technology, data, and digital strategy, driving innovation and efficiency across the company’s operations.
Doniz brings a wealth of experience in information technology and data analytics. Before joining Disney, she served as Global Chief Information & Data Analytics Officer and Senior Vice President of Information Technology & Data Analytics at Boeing. There, she led a global team focused on advancing digital solutions, overseeing information technology, cybersecurity, data analytics, and Boeing’s digital transformation initiatives.
Prior to Boeing, Doniz was Group Chief Information Officer at Qantas Airways. She also held leadership roles in digital transformation and IT at SAP and Aimia. Additionally, she spent over 17 years at Procter & Gamble, where she managed IT and analytics programs supporting sales, research and development, and supply chain operations. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto.
Expressing her enthusiasm for joining Disney, Doniz shared her thoughts in a LinkedIn post: “As a child, imagination, creativity, and storytelling shaped my world. I was inspired to harness pixie dust to create beautiful experiences and driven to achieve what seemed magical through technology. Combining the two is a dream come true.”
With her extensive background in technology and data-driven transformation, Doniz is set to play a key role in shaping Disney’s digital future.
