Fortune 200 insurance company The Hartford has appointed Nachiket Mehta as Vice President of AI & Data Engineering.
“In this role, I’ll be partnering with business and tech leaders to advance AI-driven insights, modern data architecture, and responsible innovation – enhancing customer experience, streamlining operations, and powering The Hartford’s digital ecosystem,” Mehta wrote on LinkedIn.
Before joining The Hartford, Mehta served as Head of Data and Analytics Engineering, Global Operations and Enterprise at Wayfair, where he led the consolidation and transformation of data teams across global operations and spearheaded AI-driven initiatives to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
He has also held advisory and leadership positions at Sensitel, Uplers, and Masthead Data, bringing more than two decades of experience in data engineering, AI, and business transformation.
