(US and Canada) Automatic test equipment designer and manufacturer Teradyne has appointed Darren Pedroza as Head of Enterprise Architecture and Data. With over 20 years of transformative technology and data leadership, Pedroza will oversee Enterprise Architecture, Data, AI, and Automation as drivers in the company’s transformation efforts.

Previously, Pedroza served as the Head of Enterprise Data and Analytics at Western Alliance Bank, where he executed corporate data strategies to support growth, enhanced data governance, modernized data management platforms, and advanced analytics capabilities. His experience also includes key roles at First Command Financial Services and Fidelity Investments, where he focused on core data management platforms that improved data reuse and reduced costs.

Prior to focusing on architecture and data, Pedroza led software engineering, quality assurance, and DevOps teams in efforts to apply automation in the software development lifecycle. He is recognized for his passion for innovation, effective communication, developing talent, and organizational leadership.

Pedroza holds a Bachelor’s in Business Management Information Systems from Southern Methodist University and is certified in SAFe Portfolio Management, SAFe Agilist, and SAFe DevOps. He is an active speaker at industry conferences and events.
