TD Securities has named Chetan Bhat Head of AI and Data Technology. In this role, Bhat will lead the technology strategy and execution for end-to-end AI and data across TD Securities, focusing on driving growth, scaling capabilities, enhancing client and colleague experiences, and improving operational efficiency.

Bhat joins TD Securities from JPMorganChase, where he most recently served as Managing Director of Asset and Wealth Management Technology. During his tenure at the firm, he also served as Executive Director and Chief Architect for Wealth Management.

Earlier in his career, Bhat held technology leadership roles at PwC, Citi, Salomon Smith Barney, Deutsche Bank, Transworld Information Systems, and Tata Elxsi. During his tenure at Citi, he served as Director and Global Head of OTC Derivatives Technology and Senior Vice President of Capital Markets & Banking Technology.
