Scott Sacha, Stryker VP of Enterprise Data Services
Medical technology provider Stryker has appointed Scott Sacha as Vice President, Enterprise Data Services. Sacha will lead enterprise-wide data strategy and services, supporting the company’s efforts to advance surgical and medical innovations, orthopedics, spine, and neurotechnology.
Sacha brings extensive experience in data and analytics, having held senior leadership roles across multiple organizations. Prior to joining Stryker, he served as Vice President of Enterprise Data and Analytics and AI at Novelis, where he drove enterprise-wide data transformation, led global teams across data governance, data strategy, data science, and data operations, and optimized data initiatives to improve operational efficiency and cost savings.
Before Novelis, Sacha spent more than a decade at McKesson, where he most recently served as Vice President of Data Science for CoverMyMeds. There, he centralized data science functions across five business units, launched 27 data-driven products, and delivered significant revenue growth. He also previously held leadership roles at RelayHealth, SunTrust Bank, Oldcastle APG, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, building high-performance teams and developing innovative data-driven solutions across industries.

He was recognized as one of the Top 25 Atlanta Data Leaders by CDO Magazine, highlighting his influence and impact in the data and analytics community.
