Jon Francis, State Farm Chief Data and Analytics Officer, Head of Digital

State Farm, one of the largest providers of insurance and financial services in the U.S., has promoted Jon Francis from Senior Executive, Digital Growth and Experiences to Chief Data and Analytics Officer and Head of Digital.

Francis led efforts at State Farm to integrate customer touchpoints β€” from attracting and engaging customers through quoting and onboarding to enabling seamless self-service β€” creating a cohesive, end-to-end digital journey. He brings extensive experience in enterprise data and analytics, having held the role of Chief Data and Analytics Officer at General Motors, where he drove digital transformation and data-driven business initiatives.

Earlier in his career, Francis held senior analytics and digital leadership roles at PayPal, Starbucks, and Nike. He holds a position on the CDO Magazine Global Board, highlighting his contributions to the field of data.
