With nearly four years at Scotiabank, Osmola most recently served as Director of Data and AI Risk within Global Risk Management. She brings deep experience in designing ethical frameworks and leading cross-functional teams to navigate the evolving landscape of responsible AI.

Osmola’s promotion underscores Scotiabank’s continued investment in responsible AI development and risk management as a core component of its enterprise strategy.
