Li is a passionate and creative data analytics executive with extensive experience in the banking and financial services industry. Currently, she is the Chief Analytics Officer at Flagstar’s Consumer Bank, driving sales growth, personalized services, and product innovation through data and AI.

Li has been championing cloud strategies with tight partnerships across the firm, successfully deploying platforms in collaboration with leading cloud providers. Previously, she was a senior analytics leader at Truist Financial, where she demonstrated exceptional career growth. Before joining Truist, she worked at a globally recognized consulting firm, specializing in developing and applying financial models for mortgage-backed securities.

In addition to her professional profile, Li also serves as the executive sponsor of the Asia Pacific ERG at Flagstar, an advisory board member for Modal, and a Data Management Committee Member at BAI. She holds a Master’s degree in Financial Mathematics from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics from Zhejiang University.

Li is a CFA and FRM charterholder. She resides in Atlanta with her family.
