(EMEA) Global insurance provider RSA Insurance has appointed Indhira Mani to the role of Chief Data Officer (CDO). Mani will be instrumental in leveraging data to drive business differentiation and accelerate RSA’s journey toward outperformance.

Mani brings two decades of industry experience and is a recognized leader in data and technology. She has led numerous complex data and tech initiatives and is dedicated to mentorship, diversity, and inclusion. She has chaired several networks, including Women in Tech and Women Returners, and mentored for Women in Data and Leadership.

Commenting on her new role, Mani says, “I’m excited to embark on this journey with RSA and look forward to collaborating with the talented team and leading initiatives that will shape the future of data-driven solutions in insurance.”
