(US and Canada) We are pleased to welcome Rich Nagle to CDO Magazine’s Global Security Board. Nagle is AVP and Chief Information Security Officer at the Ohio State University. He began his journey at Ohio State in 2015 as Associate Director of Identity and Access Management (I&AM), leading the Identity Management and Shibboleth teams.

In 2017, Nagle assumed responsibilities for access management and other access functions. He was appointed as the first Deputy CISO at Ohio State in 2018, leading I&AM as well as leading Security Intelligence, Endpoint Security, and Intrusion Detection and Incident Response (ID/IR). He has a unique perspective on information technology and security informed by experience across a variety of industries and IT specializations over the last 25 years.

Prior to joining Ohio State, Nagle held leadership roles in information systems and security, accumulating valuable experience across various sectors, including software development, finance, banking, manufacturing, and distribution industries. His expertise spans security, information risk, Identity and Access Management (I&AM), infrastructure management, purchasing operations, IT asset management, project management, business analysis, user training, and operational initiatives.

Our Global Security Board of CISOs and top security executives will share their expert data privacy and cybersecurity opinions and innovations. The board ensures that we champion the best companies, leaders, and insights that accelerate our community’s success in today’s digital world.
