Ranil Boteju, Lloyds Banking Group CDAO, Joins CDO Magazine Global Editorial Board

(EMEA) We are pleased to welcome Ranil Boteju to CDO Magazine’s Global Editorial Board. Boteju is Chief Data and Analytics Officer at Lloyds Banking Group, the largest financial services provider in the UK.

Boteju is accountable for delivering cloud data platforms, AI capabilities, ethical AI guardrails, machine learning and AI Products, quality and trusted data, behavioral science, and data literacy. He also serves as a Non-Executive Director at the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK's independent authority set up to uphold information rights in the public interest, promoting openness by public bodies and data privacy for individuals.

With over 25 years of global experience transforming businesses, Boteju has held senior leadership roles at top-tier organizations including the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Vodafone, Standard Chartered Bank, and HSBC prior to joining Lloyds Banking Group.
