In the role, Chandra will oversee the enterprise technology foundation supporting Oura’s health technology platform, including enterprise AI technology strategy, business-systems transformation, and the systems, infrastructure, and governance needed to help the company scale.

Previously, he was Chief Information Officer and Head of Cloud Operations at TiVo, which was acquired by Xperi, where he was responsible for customer success, cloud operations, infrastructure, e-commerce, and corporate IT. Earlier in his career, he held technology leadership roles at Workday and PayPal.
At Oura, Chandra will help scale the company’s platform and AI capabilities while emphasizing security, consent, privacy, and trust.
In a LinkedIn post, Chandra expressed excitement for his new role and the work ahead. “As I’ve met the team and started to dive into my first week, I couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead. I’ll be working on big, interesting problems with a world-class team, all driven by a mission to help people live healthier, longer lives,” he wrote.
