(US and Canada) Navvis, a leading value-based care enablement company, has appointed Lisa M. Schaffner, Ph.D., as Chief Data and Analytics Insights Officer. Schaffner shared the update on LinkedIn, marking a new chapter in her more than 20-year career in healthcare data and analytics.

She most recently served as Managing Director of the Strategy, Data and Analytics Practice at ProNexus Advisory and as a Senior Advisor, Fractional Chief Data and Analytics Officer at TAG CXO. She is also the CEO and Founder of A To I Advisors, a consultancy focused on helping healthcare organizations derive value from their data and analytics investments.

Schaffner’s previous leadership roles include SVP of Value-Based Care Analytics at Vytalize Health, and VP of Healthcare Analytics at Highmark Health, and VP of Healthcare Analytics at Medical Mutual. She has led analytics teams of varying sizes, including departments with over 150 staff, and worked across payers, providers, and healthcare technology firms.

Schaffner holds a Ph.D. in Health Policy and Management from Johns Hopkins University.
