David Conroy, National Association of REALTORS Chief Data Officer
The National Association of REALTORS (NAR) has appointed David Conroy as its first Chief Data Officer and Senior Vice President of Strategy & Innovation. He will begin the role in early January.
Conroy will be responsible for leading NAR’s enterprise data strategy, consolidating technology and data functions, and strengthening internal systems that support the association’s operations and member services. His oversight will include data governance, systems integration, and organization-wide innovation initiatives.
Conroy most recently served as Chief Technology Officer at the California Association of REALTORS, where he directed technology strategy, modernized core systems, consolidated platforms, and advanced data alignment efforts. His earlier experience includes serving as NAR’s Director of Technology & Innovation, leading engineering and architecture functions at Consensys Meridio, and working as Director of Information Technology at the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS.
NAR created the Chief Data Officer position to unify its data and technology structure and support ongoing digital transformation efforts across the association.
