Morgan Stanley Names Jeff McMillan as Head of Firmwide AI

(US and Canada) Global financial services major Morgan Stanley has recently appointed Jeff McMillan to the position of Head of Firmwide AI. McMillan, previously serving as Chief Analytics and Data Officer, will now spearhead the firm’s comprehensive implementation of Artificial Intelligence across its various operations.

McMillan expressed his enthusiasm for his new role in a LinkedIn post highlighting the accomplishments achieved so far and expressing excitement for future endeavors. “Thanks and admiration to Morgan Stanley leadership for being out in front on this to deliver these differentiated capabilities in a thoughtful and responsible manner,” shares Mcmillan.

Prior to his Chief Analytics and Data Officer role, McMillan was Head of Investment Platforms at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. He held the position of Managing Director at Merrill Lynch Research before that.
