S4 Capital’s Monks Welcomes Marketing Analytics and Data Pioneer Chris Wilhelmi as EVP, Head of Global Data
Monks, the digital-focused brand under S4 Capital, has appointed Chris Wilhelmi as Executive Vice President and Head of Global Data. He is tasked with leading the company’s global data strategy and overseeing the integration of data capabilities across its operations.
Wilhelmi will focus on expanding Monks’ data offerings, including its proprietary AI platform, Monks.Flow, and aligning data-driven strategies with media, content, and creative teams. He is also expected to lead research and development initiatives within the data division and support the implementation of AI and analytics into marketing operations.
He reports to Bruno Lambertini, CEO of Monks, and will collaborate with James Stephens, EVP and Head of North America, to strengthen measurement frameworks and data solutions across the company’s integrated marketing services.
Prior to joining Monks, Wilhelmi held executive roles at several major firms. Most recently, he served as Chief Data and Analytics Officer at UM, part of Interpublic Group (IPG), where he led analytics strategies for a portfolio of clients including General Mills, American Express, Hulu, Sony Pictures, CVS Health, and Charles Schwab.
His career spans leadership positions at Epsilon, R/GA, MRM, Publicis, and Tapjoy. At R/GA, he led data and analytics for clients such as Verizon, Nike, and Samsung, while at Epsilon, he helped grow business with Google. Earlier in his career, Wilhelmi worked on database marketing and predictive modeling at Comcast.
Wilhelmi brings more than two decades of experience in marketing analytics, data strategy, and performance measurement to his new position at Monks.
