Mike Giresi, Vertiv Chief Information Officer
We are pleased to announce Mike Giresi as the newest member of CDO Magazine’s Global Board. Giresi is Vertiv’s Chief Information Officer, with global responsibility for leading company initiatives in AI adoption across the business, cybersecurity, product security, and digitally enabled productivity and customer experience.
Giresi brings extensive experience in digital transformation and technology leadership across multiple industries, including manufacturing, hospitality, and retail sectors. Throughout his career, he has led successful AI transformation initiatives and multiple enterprise resource planning deployments as key building blocks for organizational growth.
Prior to joining Vertiv, Giresi served as Chief Digital Officer at Molex, where he led digital initiatives for the global electronic solutions provider, and as Chief Digital & Technology Officer at Aramark. He previously held CIO roles at Royal Caribbean Cruises, Tory Burch, Direct Brands, and Godiva Chocolatier.
His IT leadership experience also includes serving as IT Director at Campbell Soup Company, IT Manager at Hercules, IT Director at Estée Lauder, and IT Manager at Carter Wallace.
Giresi holds an Executive MBA from Saint Joseph’s University – Erivan K. Haub School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Seton Hall University, with concentrations in English, Chemistry, Economics, Computers, and Accounting.
He was named to CDO Magazine’s Top 25 Columbus Innovation Leaders 2025.
